Kadooh’s “Rattlesnake Bite” Is The Country Rock Anthem You Need | Front Porch Music

Vancouver’s own Kadooh has released a new song and it’s a serious banger. “Rattlesnake Bite” takes us on a rocking country adventure and puts you in the mood to dance all night long.

This single is another great release from Vancouver-based artist Kadooh. We’ve come to expect high energy music from this artist, and “Rattlesnake Bite” is no exception. He’s an artist that has deep roots in rock music. So naturally he brings a unique sound to his genre of country music.

“Country music is a genre I’ve really grown to love, and I think it’s opened itself up on both the pop and rock side. The parameters have really expanded, and that’s been really great for me,” said Kadooh. “This song is a put down your phone, get up and head to the dance floor anthem! Allowing people to let loose and burn off some much-needed steam!”

About The Music Video For “Rattlesnake Bite”

Nickelback’s frontman Chad Kroeger not only makes a special appearance in the music video for “Rattlesnake Bite”, but he also co-produced the single with Jeff Johnson.

Chad and Kadooh are close personal friends and envisioned the music video for “Rattlesnake Bite” as the song itself was wrapping up. The music video is filled with high-energy, planes, grown men on tricycles and, of course, lots of lights and shredding guitars.

“Rattlesnake Bite” was filmed in Abbotsford, B.C. and was brought to life by Director Stephano Barberis, who has directed videos in the past for Meghan Patrick, Jojo Mason and Dallas Smith. He is a force to be reckoned with, that’s for sure.

Everything from the choreographed dancers on the massive light boxes, to the jet flying overhead as the band performed on the runway, to the grown men riding tricycles made the video complete. Kadooh and Chad go on to say it had total Top Gun action vibes as the jet was buzzing overhead. You can tell everyone had a blast shooting this video.

About Kadooh

Before Kadooh jumped the fence into the world of country music, he spent over a decade as the guitarist and backing vocals of the popular rock band State of Shock.  It wasn’t until 2018 after Kadooh decided to step into the spotlight for the first time as a solo artist, into a genre he grew to love, he took home his very first award at the BC Country Music Awards; the Ray McAuley Horizon Award.

In 2019 Kadooh released his debut self-titled EP along with three singles to the country music world and hasn’t left the spotlight since. His win streak didn’t stop there. He took home the BCCMA award for Video Of The Year for “Somethin’ to Roll On”. He was also nominated for BCCMA Male Artist of the Year, SOCAN Songwriter of the Year, Single of the Year and Album of the Year.

We can’t wait to see what’s coming for Kadooh and hopefully see him perform at one of his high octane shows. Be sure to stream “Rattlesnake Bite” by Kadooh.
