Vancouver noir-pop trio Vox Rea have returned with a nostalgic new single, “When You Go.”

Written on a stormy night in Berlin, the new track further cements their dreamy, eclectic sound, but this time, Vox Rea are taking more of an acoustic ballad approach. “When You Go,” which follows the release of “Reset” and “Dufferin Ave.,” is all about the devastating moment of realizing that you need to leave the one you love.

“If you love someone, let them go,” Vox Rea explain. “This song explores the feeling of knowing that you have to leave someone that you love behind. The song was a much needed catharsis for us and we hope that it can be that for you.”
