My item does not fit can I exchange it?
All clothing sales are final. Please ensure you are ordering the right size before confirming your order.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. All returned items must be in original packaging. Opened items are final sale.
The item I received is incorrect, what do I do?
If the item you receive does not match your order confirmation, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. We ask that you return the item, at which point we will arrange to have the correct item shipped to you at no cost. You must be able to provide original order confirmation.
I am not happy with the item I purchased, can I have a refund or exchange?
All sales are final.
I’m looking for a specific product that seems to be sold out or unavailable? I can’t find it anywhere! Do you have it? When will you get it? Is it coming soon?
We would love to always have everything in stock but occasionally items sell out. We will update our inventory as new items come in. We stock according to demand. Please check the site often for updates. Some of our items are limited edition these items may or may not appear on the store again. Get them while they’re hot!
Is all of my account information secure?
Personal information such as your name, email, shipping address and order details are stored securely on our servers. No personal financial information of any kind is stored on our servers. All transactions are handled securely through PayPal.com, through their secured encrypted payment processing system.
Do I need to have an account to purchase items on the 604 Records Shop?
No. You do not need an account. Once the checkout process is complete, and payment has been made, you will receive your receipt by email. If you have ordered a digital product, the download link and instructions will be included in that email.
Can I purchase any of the products on your site, no matter where I live in the world?
Yes, we ship to all areas of Canada, US and Internationally.
Can I change or cancel my order after my purchase has been confirmed?
NO. Once your order has been confirmed, the delivery process is in motion. Please carefully review your order before confirming. If you have any questions during the order process please contact us.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
All products are delivered through Canada Post. Please check Canada Posts website for average shipping times to different locations. We find the regular shipping time within Canada to be 5-10 business days, within the US and internationally shipping can take up to 3-8 weeks.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
We can only provide tracking numbers for Canadian orders.
